This website and all related services are operated by ALIGNED IMPACT GROUP LLC, including its brands, programs, and platforms, including but not limited to Run It Like a CEO™, Xpert Factory, Xpert Assets, and ShemekaThreets.com.

By accessing or using any of our websites, services, programs, or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

These Terms apply to all offerings, including:

• Business consulting and advisory services
• 1:1 coaching and group coaching programs
• Online courses, bootcamps, and workshops
• Digital products, templates, and resources
• Subscription-based services (including Xpert Factory)
• Free content, downloads, and lead magnets

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

By using this site, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Pay all fees associated with your purchase
• Honor any payment plan agreements

Failure to complete payments may result in:

• Suspension or termination of access
• Collection actions where applicable

All digital products are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued once a program has started
• If a payment plan is selected, you remain responsible for all payments
• Cancellation does not eliminate financial obligation

We work with individuals committed to implementation and results.

Clients are expected to respect scheduled session times and communicate changes in advance.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
• If a session is canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, the Client may reschedule the session within 7 days of the original session date.
• Only one reschedule is permitted per session.

If the Client:

• Cancels with less than 24 hours’ notice, OR
• Fails to attend a scheduled session, the session will be forfeited.

Once a session is forfeited, it will not be rescheduled or credited. Any additional sessions must be purchased at the current session rate.

If a session is rescheduled, the Client is expected to attend the new scheduled time. Failure to attend the rescheduled session will result in forfeiture without exception.

We provide strategy, tools, and guidance.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific income results
• Business growth outcomes
• Financial performance

Results depend on your effort, implementation, and external factors.

Any examples of results or outcomes are not guarantees.

You acknowledge that:

• Business outcomes vary
• You are responsible for your decisions and actions
• We do not promise earnings or financial success

All content is the property of ALIGNED IMPACT GROUP LLC, including:

• Frameworks (CORE Momentum, Three Core Function Framework, etc.)
• Systems, templates, and tools
• Course materials and digital products
• Branding, messaging, and methodologies

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
• Resell or share purchased content
• Use materials for commercial purposes without permission

You agree not to:

• Misuse our content or services
• Violate any applicable laws
• Disrupt or interfere with our platforms
• Share confidential program materials

Any proprietary information shared within programs, coaching, or services must be kept confidential.

This includes:

• Business strategies
• Tools and frameworks
• Group discussions and client information

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ALIGNED IMPACT GROUP LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income, revenue, or business opportunities
• Decisions made based on our content or services

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ALIGNED IMPACT GROUP LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payment obligations are not met
• Behavior disrupts program integrity

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

Any disputes will be handled in Michigan courts.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
